Clipboard

This is a function that is mostly overlooked by user. Instead of copying the source each and every time for pasting to the destination one can use Clipboard function in Excel. Pasting from Clipboard can be done even if the present sheet or work book is closed. Once the data is incorporated in Clipboard it will remain there. Even the same source can be pasted in other office application say Word. Clipboard pastes entire content except formula

Clipboard settings

 

Click the options button.

Check mark the option "Show office Clipboard when Ctrl + C pressed twice".

When you copy a particular source twice you are going to find the source automatically incorporated into Clipboard.
